Every piece is printed for you after you order, so delivery has two parts: a few days of production, then the courier journey. Here's the honest timeline, country by country, and how to follow your parcel the whole way.

The journey of your order

Payment confirmed, your design is queued for production. You'll get an order confirmation email immediately.

In production2–5 business days

Your garment is printed, quality-checked and packed. Most orders leave production in 2–3 days; complex prints can take up to 5.

Shipped3–7 business days

The courier picks it up and you receive a tracking link by email. Transit time depends on your country — see the table below.

Delivered≈ 5–12 days total

Door to door, most EU orders arrive within 5–9 business days of ordering. Islands and remote areas can add a couple of days.

The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking link — no account needed, it works straight from the email. The same email confirms the carrier handling your delivery.

If you ordered while signed in, every order and its live status also lives in your account, one click away.

What each status means

Processing

Payment confirmed and artwork prepared — your order is queued at the print facility.

In production

Physically being printed, cured, checked and packed. This is the 2–5 day window.

Shipped

With the courier. Your tracking link is live and updates at every scan point.

Delivered

Signed, dropped or collected. Something wrong with what arrived? Contact us within 14 days.

Delivery questions, answered

Can I change my address after ordering?

If production hasn't finished, usually yes — contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. Once a parcel has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Within the EU, never — VAT is already included in your price. Orders to Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein may be charged local import VAT by the carrier, as these are outside the EU customs union.

My tracking hasn't moved for days — is it lost?

Tracking often pauses 2–3 days at border hubs, especially mid-transit. If nothing updates for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint or refund — misprints and transit damage are always on us. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
