Production and shipping are handled by our Fulfilment Partner Printful Latvia SIA from EU facilities. This Policy explains coverage, timing, costs and what happens if something goes wrong.
We ship to all 27 EU member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. We do not currently ship outside the EU/EEA.
Each item is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days from payment confirmation, before the parcel is dispatched.
Total delivery time = production time + transit time. Estimates are indicative and not guaranteed; carrier and customs factors may affect them.
Exact rates are calculated at checkout from your address and the items in your cart, and shown before payment. Where applicable, free-shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout.
When your parcel ships you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, where the carrier provides one.
VAT is charged at your local rate via the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) scheme and included in the price. As all shipments are within the EU/EEA, no customs duties or import fees apply.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot reroute a parcel once dispatched. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
If delivery fails and the parcel is returned (e.g. uncollected, address issue), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs may apply where the failure was not our fault.
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, or a parcel is significantly delayed, contact [email protected] within 7 days. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, where the parcel is confirmed lost, ship a replacement at our cost or refund you.
Multi-item orders may arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you.
