Everything you need to know about designing with AI, ordering your garment, and getting it delivered. Can't find your answer? We're one message away.
Designing & ordering
Pick a garment, describe the design you want in plain words, and our AI generates print-ready artwork in seconds. Preview it on the garment, adjust the size and position, then order. Each item is printed individually only after you buy it and shipped from the EU.
None at all. If you can describe an idea in a sentence, you can make a design. You can also pick a style preset to steer the look, and regenerate as many times as you like until it feels right.
We offer t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts in both men's and women's cuts, in a range of colours and sizes from S to XXL. Men's garments come in a Standard and a Premium (heavyweight) tier; women's cuts are offered in a single premium-cut tier.
Yes. On the customiser you can reposition the artwork, scale it up or down with on-canvas handles, and switch between print positions. The preview shows the real-world print size so there are no surprises.
Yes — you can upload an image and we'll transform it for print, or use it as-is. You're responsible for holding the rights to anything you upload; please don't upload brands, logos or photos of people you don't have permission to use.
Absolutely. Add as many designs and garments to your cart as you like and check out in one go. Shipping is calculated for the whole basket at checkout.
AI, credits & ownership
Each AI generation uses one credit. New accounts get 3 free credits to start, and you can buy more in packs at any time — the price (VAT included) is always shown before you pay.
If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, the credit is automatically returned to your balance — you're never charged for a result you didn't get.
No. Credits don't expire while your account is active. If we ever introduce an expiry policy, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice first.
As between you and us, you own the designs you generate or upload, to the fullest extent the law allows. We only use them to operate the service and produce your order. Note that AI outputs may not be copyright-protected everywhere, and similar results can be generated for other people.
Anything illegal, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights — including brands, logos, sports clubs, copyrighted characters and photos of real people you don't have rights to. We may decline or cancel orders that break these rules. See our Terms of Service for the full list.
Shipping & delivery
We ship across the European Union and EEA. Available destination countries are shown in the address step at checkout.
Because every item is made to order, production takes about 2–5 business days, then shipping time on top depending on your country. You'll see an estimated delivery window for each shipping option at checkout.
Shipping is calculated live for your address and basket, and shown clearly before you pay. You can compare the available carriers and pick the one that suits you.
Yes. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking link by email, and you can also see order status any time under your account.
Producing locally and on demand means shorter delivery distances, no overseas customs surprises, and no wasted stock — nothing is made until you order it.
Returns, refunds & quality
Because each garment is personalised and made just for you, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply (Art. 17(1)(c) of Decree-Law 24/2014). Your legal rights for faulty or incorrect items remain fully intact — see below.
You're covered. If your item has a print defect, arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email [email protected] within 30 days with your order number and a clear photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Minor variation in colour, position (a few millimetres) and finish is normal and inherent to print-on-demand, and isn't considered a defect. A genuinely defective print, however, is always covered.
Just email [email protected] with your order number, a short description and a photo if it's about a defect. For a faulty or wrong item we usually won't ask you to send it back; if we do, we provide a prepaid label.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe. Once we approve it, your bank typically posts the refund within 5–10 business days.
Payments & billing
Payments are handled securely by Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards and common local payment methods shown at checkout.
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your full card details.
Yes. All prices are in euros and include VAT at the rate of your EU delivery country, accounted for under the EU One-Stop-Shop scheme. Shipping is added and shown before you pay.
Yes — a VAT invoice is issued for every order. Contact [email protected] if you need a copy or a change to your billing details.
Account & privacy
You need an account to generate designs and check out, so we can save your designs and let you track orders. You can register with an email and password or sign in with Google.
Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page. We'll email you a secure reset link that's valid for one hour.
We process your data under the GDPR as a controller, and never sell it. You can see exactly what we collect and why — and how to exercise your rights — in our Privacy Policy. For data requests, email [email protected].
Email [email protected] from your registered address and we'll close your account and delete your data, keeping only what tax law requires us to retain.
